Fall Tryout Schedule:

• Tryout 1: April 16, 2025 from 7:00-8:20pm @ Patterson Ice Center
• Tryout 2: April 17, 2025 from 7:30-8:50pm @ Patterson Ice Center
• Call Back: April 18, 2025 from 6:00-7:20pm @ Patterson Ice Center

The selected team will be a full season team, not a split-season team. The team will look to roster 20 players (maximum) with 18 skaters and 2 goalies. The 16U A team will begin practicing in July 2025 twice a week for 1-hour sessions. Beginning in August, the team will practice twice a week for 1.5 hour sessions, with official fall season games starting August 1.

MAHA (Michigan Amateur Hockey Association) has made changes to the 16U A classification starting with the 2025-2026 season. District playoffs and the State Championship at this age level will conclude in October 2025, in an effort to avoid conflicts with high school and split-season teams. Games can begin as early as August 1, 2025.

Being a full season team, the GRAHA 16U A team will seek to compete with the top teams in Michigan as well as out of state. Our mission is to provide a full season of development for 2009 and 2010 birth year players; specifically, players looking to improve their game for the next level of play.
